EP: Tawobi – Live From Skyline
Tawobi is an uptown philly native who currently resides on the west side of the city with the other members of the artist collective HBC. Tawobi and the rest of the collective originally met in high school and recorded at a friends house on skyline drive just outside of Philly. That was until a year ago when the collective ran into some trouble with the local police resulting in the movement of the studio along with the rest of the collective into the city where they reside currently. Live From Skyline consists of 5 of Tawobi’s last recordings from the studio on skyline drive where everything started. Recorded only a few months before he ultimately decided to leave school in NY to make music in his hometown. This is the end of an era and the beginning of something new, and it’s all Live From Skyline.
