Boldy James & V Don Release New Collaborative Project “Alphabet Highway”
Boldy James, is back and on the Alphabet Highway with V Don.
A true virtuoso, Boldy James is undoubtedly a true anomaly. With each successive project, Boldy’s detailed, complex, and sharp writing and delivery continues to evolve. Not only is Boldy one of the most prolific artists of his generation, he also exemplifies both quality and quantity. A facet that Fader recently examined with “Mr. 227,” as they touched on his rapid-release schedule since 2024.
But that only tells half of the story, for context, take a second to appreciate the run Boldy has been on the last 5-years; critical and fan favorite projects with The Alchemist, Conductor Williams, Harry Fraud, Nicholas Craven, Real Bad Man, Jay Versace, Sterling Toles, Token Of Appreciation with Pro Era’s Chuck Strangers, and most recently Hommage with Antt Beatz. V Don is also a kindred spirit with Boldy, as he is also very familiar with the quality and quantity mantra, recently revealing that he plans on releasing 10 projects in 2025; including collaborations with Boldy, Rome Streetz, Crimeapple, Eto & Estee Nack among others.
“I had a great time making this album, and it was our first time collaborating as well. We cooked up every joint together, in person–from NYC to Detroit,” V Don commented.
“I brought a few different production styles to the table, and Boldy snapped on every joint. We really caught a vibe with this one.”
