Gina Alice Is The “BOSS” On Bold New Single
Kicking off what promises to be a confident season without comparison, international star, accomplished pianist, and dynamic vocalist Gina Alice steps into her power like never before on a cocky and catchy new single entitled “BOSS” out now via Republic Records.
Her dazzling piano pours across the thick bassline and hypnotic 808s like raindrops on glass. She seamlessly infuses classical virtuosity into R&B vitality, lacing the production with her fleet-fingered playing. She flexes her incomparable vocals on the chantable chorus, going on to proclaim, “I’m the B, O, S, S.” This same energy lights up a bold bridge as she teases, “If you see it, then you’ll want it, and you better take it fast, got a chrome heart baby, and you’ll never get it back.”
Last year, Gina revealed her Dreamcatcher EP. The four-track body of work picked up traction on DSPs and stirred up buzz. Prior, she made headlines throughout 2024. She collaborated with her husband and iconic pianist Lang Lang on his latest full-length album, Saint-Saëns. She notably contributed to 18 of the 32 total tracks.
