Rosecrans Vic & 310Babii’s New Collaboration Is ‘Song of the Summer’
Rosecrans Vic imagines a Los Angeles of yesteryear — no sections, no couches just crowded dance floors, motion, high energy and absolutely zero standing still.
“NO PARKING” featuring 310Babii is the latest release from Rosecrans Vic, produced by Bandz — best known for crafting “Rockin’” and “Take U Home” for Shoreline Mafia — alongside rising producer Zayce Hundo. The record arrives at a pivotal moment for Vic, marking his first official release as a fully independent artist following a major year where his artist Lefty Gunplay became part of a Grammy-winning run alongside Kendrick Lamar.
But “NO PARKING” doesn’t sound like an industry victory lap. It sounds like summer in Southern California.
Built on bouncy drums, slick West Coast production and an infectious energy tailor-made for parties, car meets and late-night functions, the song pairs Rosecrans Vic’s larger than life imagination with the explosive momentum of 310Babii — whose breakout anthem Soak City recently reached double-platinum status.
The sing is unapologetically LA. “NO PARKING” isn’t trying to recreate nostalgia — it feels like the next generation creating its own.
“This record is really about movement,” Vic explains. “People got too comfortable sitting around judging life instead of living it.”
Rosecrans Vic elaborated further:
“No Parking is a directive, we’re done standing around, being still on couches people watching, we’re dancing all summer, no parking on the dance floor. Talk Less Dance More.”
That philosophy extends far beyond the single itself.

“NO PARKING” serves as the launch point for “NO PARKING ON THE DANCE FLOOR,” a live experience taking over Observatory OC on June 26 featuring a performance from 310Babii alongside ATM Danny, DJ sets from DJ Eman, 2Deep, Dro Barlo and Doknow El DJ. The event is designed to turn the energy of the song into a real-world experience — immersive, chaotic and community-driven.
Vic describes the difference between the record and the event in true LA fashion:
“The single is like watching a Disney movie at home. ‘No Parking On The Dance Floor’ is Disneyland. Same universe… but now it’s 3D.”
With “NO PARKING,” Rosecrans Vic isn’t just releasing a song. He’s planting a flag for a new era of independent West Coast music culture centered around movement, community and pure energy. One thing is clear: this summer, standing still isn’t an option.
