Cardi B Reveals Her Son With Stefon Diggs For His First Birthday — Meet Grey M.D.

Cardi B just gave her fans the moment she’s been holding back for a full year.

For her youngest son’s first birthday today (November 4), Cardi took to Instagram with a carousel of clear photos and publicly revealed his name for the first time: Grey M.D. “Happy 1st birthday to Grey M.D!!” she wrote. “It’s only been 1 year since meeting you but it feels like I’ve had you at my side forever.”

Grey, born November 4, 2025, is Cardi’s fourth child and her first with NFL star Stefon Diggs. Until now she had kept his face hidden and his name private — early photos after his birth concealed his face, and back in January she even shut down a fan guess that his name was Grayson.

In the birthday tribute, Cardi reflected on carrying him through what she called one of the most uncertain, high-pressure times of her life, saying he gave her extra strength — and a new meaning to what a grey day feels like.

Cardi confirmed the pregnancy with Diggs in September 2025 during her CBS Mornings interview with Gayle King, and announced his arrival that November. A year later, Grey finally gets his public introduction — on his own day, and on his mom’s terms.
