Buddah Bless Recruits Kodak Black For “Owe Me”

A favored producer for rap’s biggest stars for nearly 15 years, 14x Platinum producer and artist Buddah Bless is ready to assume the spotlight for himself. Connecting with Florida’s hottest street rapper for his second-ever single as a lead artist, Buddah shares “Owe Me,” his new collaboration with Kodak Black.

Befitting Buddah’s production style, which mixes church-trained chord progressions with dreamy soundscapes and hard-knocking trap percussion, the song is a showcase for Kodak’s drawly rhymes, as he stacks flexes and demands respect over a super-sized verse. In the video, directed by De Bow, Buddah and Kodak take to the streets of Broward County, as they sip liquor on the wide boulevards and post up with their crew and locals alike.

Owe Me” follows in the wake of “See The World,” Buddah’s debut single as a lead artist, featuring standout verses from BossMan Dlow, Big Sean, and 2 Chainz. Released over the summer, “See The World” arrived with a high-flying music video with appearances from all three rappers. “Owe Me” and “See The World” will appear on Buddah’s debut album, coming soon.

Hard at work on his debut album, Buddah Bless plans to show the world what elite artists already know: that he has the sauce to turn a banger into a world-conquering hit.

Stay tuned for much more from Buddah Bless in the near future.
