Drake and Travis Scott Pulled Up Courtside in Houston — Then Took the Party to Ye’s Record-Breaking Show

Houston had everybody outside on Halloween — and the two biggest names in the building were not even performing. Drake and Travis Scott sat courtside together at the Toyota Center on Saturday night (October 31) for the Rockets–Thunder game, and within the hour the photos had the whole timeline asking the same question: what are these two cooking?

Story: HotNewHipHop and The Source; game details from the official box score via RealGM/ESPN; concert footage via Kurrco on X.

First, the game itself: the Rockets handled business, beating Oklahoma City 119–98 behind 30 points from Jabari Smith Jr. But the front row stole the show. Drake kept it dark — long black leather coat over a blacked-out fit, with snakeskin boots doing the loud talking. Travis, Houston’s own, went with a black leather jacket over a white graphic tee, a black durag, a silver chain, and Chrome Hearts cross and floral patches running down his black leather pants. Travis has real history in that building, too — he worked as a Rockets ball boy back in high school.

Then they doubled down. After the game, both men were spotted in the crowd at Ye’s stadium show across town — the Halloween concert that drew a reported 80,210 fans, a U.S. record for a hip-hop show, with Playboi Carti popping out as a special guest. Drake and Travis did not perform. They watched from the crowd like everybody else, in the same fits from the game, and the fan footage set off a fresh round of speculation about whether old rivalries have been buried.

The aftershock kept coming. Travis later took to his Instagram Stories to show off a pink player-exclusive pair of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s Nike Shai 001, plus a signed Thunder jersey SGA gifted him — “To: Jack” written next to the signature — per Hypebeast.

And because it is 2026, Akademiks had a theory ready. On his stream, Ak claimed Drake, Travis Scott and Future all ended up in Houston that weekend and may have quietly cleared the air after months of fans questioning where everybody stood. That is Ak’s read, not a confirmed sit-down — nobody from any camp has announced music, and neither Drake nor Travis has said a word about a collaboration. But the SICKO MODE duo outside together — courtside at a game, then in the crowd at a Ye show, same night, same city — is the kind of picture that starts conversations all by itself.

So what is it: just two kings outside in H-Town, or the first frame of the next Drake and Travis run? Let us know in the comments.
