Liamani Unveils Debut EP “Dear Little Me”
Multi-talented phenomenon Liamani shares her debut EP “Dear Little Me” out now via Def Jam Recordings.
The six-track project illuminates Liamani’s powerhouse vocals and soulful lyrics as she blends Pop-Rhythmic elements with traditional R&B influences. As a culmination of her teenage experience, Dear Little Me is a letter to her younger self, as she lives out her dreams of making her own music and navigates the industry. Across the project, her songs are inspired by the people and events that have impacted her life, as Liamani looks to bring fans into her inside world.
About her EP, Liamani says,
“Being able to make music like this means the world to me because I know that other 16-year-olds will relate to the songs and know what I’m talking about…Everyone can sing these songs and feel them.”
Among many highlights, breakout single “Sunkissed” showcases Liamani’s fluttering vocals as she practically glides over lilting production. While on “True Love,” she grapples with a fluctuating relationship, angelically asking “What is true love? Is it even what it seems? Is it only make believe?” between breathy verses and a dynamic crescendo.
At only 16 years old, Liamani has already made an indelible mark on the entertainment industry, captivating audiences as the fan-favorite character “Emmy” in High School Musical: The Series, and upcoming character “Pink” in Disney’s next Descendants: Wicked Wonderland coming in 2026. Previously, GAP tapped her to front the brand’s 2024 Holiday campaign, and she counts stars like Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey, and Wayna Morris of Boyz II Men among her early and ardent supporters.
After signing with Def Jam, her releases “Hanging by a Thread” and debut single “Sunkissed” have exhibited Liamani’s undeniable talent — from her dynamic vocal range and poignant lyrics, to her sensation as a rising star.
