Diddy’s Release Date Just Moved Up Again — Now February 6, 2028

The date moved again — and this time, it moved in his favor.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is now projected to walk out of federal prison on February 6, 2028, according to his Bureau of Prisons inmate record. That’s nearly a month earlier than the date posted before it — March 2, 2028.

Story: XXL, from Sean Combs’ Bureau of Prisons inmate record.

The record — Register Number 37452-054, age 56 — lists Combs at Allenwood Low FCI in Pennsylvania, the low-security facility he was relocated to a couple of weeks ago from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. The earlier date had been pushed back following reports of an altercation in prison. Now, after the move, the clock moved the other way.

Here’s the part that tells the real story: that release date has now changed nearly a dozen times since Combs was sentenced last October. The full whiplash, in order: May 8, 2028 → June 4, 2028 → April 25, 2028 → April 15, 2028 → Feb. 23, 2028 → Jan. 24, 2028 → Feb. 20, 2028 → Feb. 5, 2028 → Jan. 21, 2028 → March 2, 2028 → and now Feb. 6, 2028. Forward, backward, forward again — the number on his file has been spinning like a slot machine.

Combs is serving a 50-month sentence on prostitution-related charges. And keep it a stack about what this date actually is: a Bureau of Prisons projected release date is an estimate, not a guaranteed walk-out date. It can move again — in either direction — with good-time credit and other adjustments. February 6, 2028 is the number on the board today. Nothing more, nothing less.

So what do you think — does February 6, 2028 hold, or is that date changing again before he gets there?
