Young Nudy Moves On His Own Clock With “Just Doin Me”
Atlanta, talk to me. Young Nudy did not wait for Friday — Just Doin Me, his new 16-track album, landed midweek on Wednesday, October 28 through RCA Records, and it is Zone 6 from front to back.
The rollout started early in October with “Who Dat Is” and its video, and the album keeps that same energy: Nudy in his pocket, unbothered, doing exactly what the title says. What makes the tracklist interesting is how tight the circle stays — across 16 songs there are only three guests. Fatt Smaxk pulls up on “Stars In My Car,” Nudy’s cousin 21 Savage appears on “Spinnin,” and Dreamville’s JID trades bars with him on “Judy.”
On first listen, the standouts pick themselves. “Chicken Tender,” produced by Coupe, is the early Zone 6 favorite. “Spinnin” is the family record — Slaughter Gang and PDE on the same track. And “Judy” is the pen showcase, Nudy holding his own next to one of the sharpest lyricists in the game.
The verdict: no feature-stuffing, no chasing — just Nudy doing Nudy for 16 tracks. Stream Just Doin Me on all platforms, and check the ITSBIZKIT first-listen carousel on Instagram — then tell us your top track.
